I designed this microsite to have an exciting, promotional feel. The &#8220;Pilot Compensation&#8221; page is the highlight of the site as it is the most important page. Most of the animations are controlled by the user&#8217;s scrolling motion. This creates interest and engagement and helps keep users on the page longer.
