Visionary Acupuncture specializes in treating eye diseases such as macular degeneration. Their challenge is that people do not know that acupuncture can treat this disease. This video helps solve this lack of awareness problem by explaining the benefits of the treatment and showing how it is done.
I used a teleprompter to help the acupuncturist master her script. And the video graphics match the website, brochures, and business card for an integrated, on-brand communication.
I was contracted by Metia to edit a series of 6 short promotional videos highlighting the offerings of NTT Data. I selected music and stock footage to support the narration and help tell their story.
This video was created for placement on Facebook and was designed to be viewed without audio. Metia contracted me for this project and provided most of the artwork. The narrative of the video and the artwork were from an infographic that Metia had created.

So I built this mobile-friendly site with a full screen video background for the Intro/Splash page and created a YouTube channel that feeds all of the rest of the inline videos on the site with text overlays at the end of each video prompting the user to call for more info. Now they’ll get traffic from the site AND from YouTube.
While working for Metia, I created this animation for the WebMatrix website development platform. I incorporated product features in a slick, branded animation. The composition has a seamless flow from one screen to the next which helps keep a viewer’s attention.
Poke, shake, and swipe! Get physical with Metia Man and discover his “special move” in each of the six scenes. After building this costume out of foam and shooting and editing the video, I used background artwork from Chris Zappala and audio code from Dylan Kilgore to bring this highly interactive and entertaining peice of mobile app marketing to life. This project was done while employed at Metia (images and apps are their property).
