Global bio venture company Macrogen rebranded as Psomagen and this new website was built for their USA corporation to highlight the new visual direction and new name. I build this site using WordPress and chose a page builder that the client would be able to use to easily update their own content.
This project was contract thru Skyhook Interactive.
This WordPress website sells over 100 high performance bicycle tool products. The store is powered by WooCommerce and features unique enhancements such as a custom gallery of product images, custom product tabs, and product filters. The site design was initially based off of an existing theme and then customized to match the Prestacycle brand. The project was sub-contracted to me through Skyhook Interactive.
This WordPress website leverages an existing theme that was customized to match the Viewpoint brand’s visual guidelines. I was sub-contracted by Skyhook Interactive to do the design and development.
This online CBD store was built with WordPress and uses WooCommerce for the e-commerce functionality. I chose lifestyle photography for each product that would emphasize how the product would affect the lives of would-be buyers. On the product pages, I added a custom module to the WooCommerce template that allows the client to add text and imagery above the product image and description, thus reinforcing the lifestyle marketing efforts. The project was based on a template that I customized with Cannafyl branding and was subcontracted thru Skyhook Interactive.
I was subcontracted by Skyhook Interactive to create the HTML, CSS, and some PHP for this custom WordPress build. We used Advanced Custom Fields to build custom components that the client could use on the backend to manage the design and content of the site.
The Couture Book business creates high-end hand-made photo books for professional photographers. The business had an antiquated Flash website that needed an overhaul. I designed the site to reflect the elegance and sophistication that is found in the fashion “couture” industry. The Couture Book owners built the front end of the site with some of my assistance.
Horizon Air, a subsidiary of Alaska Airlines, needed to boost interest in pilot recruitment. I designed this microsite to have an exciting, promotional feel. The “Pilot Compensation” page is the highlight of the site as it is the most important page. Most of the animations are controlled by the user’s scrolling motion. This creates interest and engagement and helps keep users on the page longer. I built the “Pilot Compensation page”, Direct Employment built the rest.
This was a redesign project that entailed a design and structure makeover for over 300 combined pages and posts. I built custom web tools to help users calculate things like legal expenses and statutes of limitations. The site redesign also entailed the addition of new SEO efforts while preserving the existing SEO work that had been done.
Equal Agency designed and developed the Association for Entrepreneurship USA website to closely align with the organization’s established visual brand while creating a flexible WordPress platform that could support memberships, content publishing, eCommerce, customer service workflows, and long-term growth.
The site includes WooCommerce merchandise sales integrated with Printful, MemberPress-powered memberships, a custom API integration with a third-party affiliate system, conditionally displayed content based on user roles, discussion forum functionality, custom user roles, and reporting tools for AFE customer service agents. Equal Agency also created reusable page layouts and content modules so the AFE team can expand the site while maintaining visual consistency.
In addition to design and development, Equal Agency has provided ongoing SEO, accessibility, content, and technical support. SEO improvements helped more than quadruple organic search traffic, and the site now includes more than 1,700 blog posts, many written by writers employed or supervised by Equal Agency.
